Documents required for issuing a visa:

• passport valid for travel (6 months after return) with at least 2 blank pages,
• color photograph of the last 6 months 3.5 x 4.5  cm,
• for children – birth certificate. If traveling without parents - a copy of the parents' passports, a copy of the departure permit,
• for those born in Ukraine - a certifying document,
• certificate of money guarantee - avg. 50 EUR/day,
• medical insurance for the duration of the visa 0.35 eur/day.

In order to issue a guest visa, you additionally need:

• birth certificate, 
• copy of marriage certificate, 
• an invitation from a citizen of Ukraine executed at a notary public. (Original),
• a copy of the inviting person's passport .
